YT Yes Theory: What country do you think is the happiest in the world? Well, after hearing from many traveler friends that it might be this small country... I had to go see it for myself. I am personally on a mission to understand the basic parameters of joy and happiness so going on a trip like this was a dream come true...
YT Yes Theory: Thanks for watching! Despite what you might see in the video, Bhutan was actually quite challenging for me to travel to. The trip was planned very last minute so I didn't have time to do much research, I was still jet-lagged from the 14-hr time difference and the elevation was having weird effects on my headspace. But I pushed through even though filming alone in these conditions makes it so much harder to bring positive energy into it. Sitting down with the ex-Prime Minister and hiking to Tiger's Nest completely changed everything in the end however.

The trip was planned very last minute so I didn't have time to do much research, I was still jet-lagged from the 14-hr time difference and the elevation was having weird effects on my headspace. But I pushed through even though filming alone in these conditions makes it so much harder to bring positive energy into it. Sitting down with the ex-Prime Minister and hiking to Tiger's Nest completely changed everything in the end however.

Well, based on my idea, I can say that food is something that is eatable by human, animals or alive thing. Per checked dictionary Oxford, food is any nutritious substance that people or animals eat or drink or that plants absorb in order to maintain life and growth. And I have read on Wikipedia about Food, they told that Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for an organism. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals.
And now here, what about food art?
For me, I think that food art is a kind of work that people make the food in a creative way to look the food more attractive or more beautiful based on their imagination. For example, watermelon, they sculpture to look like a beautiful flower something like that.

Well,every life in this world, they need to eat food to survive or feed their life. If we don't eat, we will die. So, not only human, animals, insects and other lives, all need foods for their living, just in case of different kinds of living have different foods to each. For example, humans eat cooked rice, eat meat, eat hamburger and more other possible foods they can eat, and about animals, they eat grass, vegetables or other possible things they can eat to feed their lives.
Anyway, in this article, I want to main focus only on human lives, especially women when they have baby and at the period of breastfeeding. Yes, like I mentioned above, different livings have their different foods to eat, and for instance, for human being, different person normally eat different foods as well. But the most important thing, I want to say here is about breastfeeding for women have baby, she needs to much care about eating. Yeah, actually, not only while breastfeeding, couple plans to have baby, their wife, the woman should focus about foods she eat in their daily life, what kinds of foods they should eat, and when they are pregnancy, that will be more important stage they should care about their eating foods. I'm not expert of food advisers, but as I am aware, women during this period, they should have delicious food, food that have every vitamin to feed their baby and most important when they are in the time-frame of breastfeeding. Breastfeeding as I know, in medical health care for babies, it is generally recommended for women, they should do breastfeeding for their babies. So mother must take care about what foods they eat for producing milk for their babies.

USA, 19 January 2019: There was a WBA welterweight champions, Manny Pacquiao vs Adrien Broner. The winner and still the WBA welterweight champions is Manny Pacquiao.
Congratulation to Pacquiao for the win. As I watched from Round 1 till the end Round 12. Pacquiao must win the match. As I see while Pacquiao were trying to fight, Broner is trying to run around and gave less fight back to Pacquiao. So, Manny Pacquiao won the match is correct. I accepted. YES!
