Why not me? This is a question for people usually ask themselves alone while comparing with other people. For examples like below....
Why not me? whom to receive this big gift. A woman is watching TV in the evening and see advertisement on the TV. The advertisement is about a man got a big lucky gift from an event of a lucky draw for a company promoting their drinking product. When people buy their products, they have a lucky paper to join the luck draw event. So, the woman says why not me who would get the big gift. So, we use the word why not me.
