Well, for this post, I would like to share with you about things you should do after you get up...
1. Drink a glass of water: It's very important to have a glass of water and drink it, especially in front of a fresh air to make you feel so fresh and cool for your body.
2. Do a meditation: After you drink a glass of water and sit in front of a fresh air and do a calm meditation in the morning for about half of hour, it will make your brain more relax and peaceful.
3. Do an exercise: After a meditation, you should do an exercise to make you more healthier and make your body more stronger.
4. Take a shower: After you do the exercise for your body and health, taking a shower to clean your body and that will make you more fresh and feeling good.
That's some of my tips of daily life I usually do every morning and share you with you.
